Ocoee Litter Announcement: Ocoee has given us five beautiful boys on November 9th.

2009 Breeding – We will breed Wawatay’s Ocoee Mishi Makwa with Sa Nashoba’s Comanche Tseena Kenai this fall.

Wawatay Ocoee Mishi Makwa was born February 16, 2007. Ocoee was bred by Mary Morningstar of Wawatay. Sierra’s Sire is Kesang Camp’s Miinga Niiji; and her Dam is Dreamcatchers’ Shyama Star. Miinga is 29.5 inches at the shoulder and weighs 140 lbs. Shyama is 26.5 inches and weighs 125 lbs. See pictures of Miinga and Shyama on this website.

Ocoee is 26 inches at the shoulder and weighs 90 lbs. She is a beautiful black with small patches of white on her chest. OFA findings for her hips are good. She has an incredible sweet temperament.

He was bred by Traci Nelson of Sa Nashoba kennels. His Sire is Treasure of Saras (Gazer) and his Dam is Sa Nashoba’s Ayamanatara (Nadia). A photo of his Sire is listed under the “News & Events” page of this website.

Comanche is 28 inches at the shoulder and weighs 110 lbs. He is a red/gold sable. His preliminary X-rays for his hips are good. He has an incredible sweet temperament and is our ambassador for the breed at dog shows. He does not know a stranger and is the first one to greet people when they approach us.
